The Kepper 5 comes super-sharp right out of the box with a full flat grind and a secondary beveled edge for strength and years of service. We’ve included jimping along the spine in front of the Ricasso for positive handling during tough jobs. Its 90-degree spine is perfect for shaving your fatwood onto your fire set prior to striking the included ferro rod to get your fire started. And since it’s made with quality stainless steel, you won’t need to worry about the edge or blade corroding at the end of the day.
Brown linen micarta next to the full-tang blade provides a grippy, hand-sculpted foundation that’s sure to please over a day’s work, even when it gets wet. The hand-fitted non-removable ergonomic grip is mounted to the Kepper 5 with three sets of stainless screws for durability and includes a buterola that’s ready for the included lanyard.
