SlicKnives sells & delivers our products to customers over the age of 18 throughout the U.S. We do not sell or ship our products outside of the U.S.
Return Policy
SlicKnives purchased directly from slicknives.com or through the Shop app have a 30-day return policy from the date customers receive their SlicKnives knife, sheath, tool, or accessories. SlicKnives products purchased via listings within the Amazon marketplace require any return or exchanges to be processed through the Amazon marketplace per Amazon’s policies.
All exchanges and returns must receive prior authorization.
Please, use the Contact Us form to initiate a return for purchases made via SlicKnives.com or the Shop app. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Unexpected items sent back to SlicKnives without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
Eligible returns must be in original, new, unused condition in the original unopened packaging. SlicKnives will provide a full refund for the price paid less any shipping fees and/or promotional discounts to the Customer via the payment method used to make the purchase. Please, allow 10-14 days for processing returns and issuing the credit upon receipt by SlicKnives.
If the Customer ordered and received the item under a free shipping promotion, the full refund less $10.00 to cover the original shipping costs will be refunded. Original shipping charges paid by the Customer are not refundable.
Any returns initiated as being in new or unused condition but are determined to be in used or unreported damaged condition when received will be shipped back to the Customer at their expense. SlicKnives will not accept returns with shipping labels attached directly to product packaging.
