SlicKnives sells & delivers our products to customers over the age of 18 throughout the U.S. We do not sell or ship our products outside of the U.S.
Shipping Policy
SlicKnives conducts business within all 50 states and the District of Columbia within the United States of America – currently, we do not ship outside the U.S. including U.S. Territories.
SlicKnives usually processes orders the business day after the order has been placed. We ship and insure all orders sent to a physical address via 3rd party carrier services such as, United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, DHL Express, or United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail at our discretion and are happy to deliver via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail to U.S. POBs, APOs, FPOs, and DPOs. The 3rd party carrier service provider and tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation.
It is important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and/or signing for your package. By accepting the delivery and/or applying your signature, you are signing a legal document stating that you have inspected the package, and it is in good condition when received. Any later insurance claim for unnoticed or hidden damage must be filed by the Customer with the 3rd party carrier service as SlicKnives has no recourse once the item is received.
If you notice damage to the product during inspection, refuse the package and note the damage with the carrier. Please reach out SlicKnives Customer Service via the Contact Us form immediately, so that we can begin processing for a replacement product.
It is common practice by the UPS to leave packages on your doorstep if no one is available for signature. To avoid the hassle of an insurance claim due to theft, we strongly recommend that you request a signature at checkout.
For unnoticed or hidden damage or stolen packages, reach out to the 3rd party carrier with your tracking number to report the damage/theft and to file a claim.

Free Economy Shipping for Knife, Sharpening, Ferro Rod, and Accessories Orders Over $95.00 (Usually 5-8 Business Days) via 3rd party carrier service or USPS Priority Mail at SlicKnives' discretion to all U.S. Physical Addresses or via USPS Priority Mail to all U.S. POB Addresses - Hawaii and Alaska will most likely take longer than the estimated timeframe above. Standard Shipping is required for all AFO, FPO, and DPO addresses
Flat Rate Economy Shipping for all other Orders (Usually 5-8 Business Days) via 3rd party carrier service or USPS Priority Mail at SlicKnives' discretion to all U.S. Physical Addresses or via USPS Priority Mail to all U.S. POB Addresses - Hawaii and Alaska will most likely take longer than the estimated timeframe above - $10.00 Standard Shipping is required for all AFO, FPO, and DPO addresses

SlicKnives Merch Shipping Rates:
SlicKnives produces all Merch orders upon order placement through a 3rd party partner and the Merch products will be sent separately from the knives, sharpening, ferro rods, and accessories. The Shipping cost is accurately calculated and displayed after the destination address is entered during the checkout process.
