SlicKnives is proud to introduce our first series of liner-locked folders made from tough corrosion-resistant Japanese AUS-10 steel, FlicKnives. The series begins with the following 3 models to start:

The FlicKnives series has launched with our Pocket 3.5, which is basically a 3.5” folding Kephart blade profile with a thumb stud for one-hand opening. Its drop point blade is perfect for a variety of cutting tasks with its slim handle that carries nicely in the pocket. This is available now!
On the horizon is the EDC 3.5 that is also inspired by the Kephart blade profile and comes with a finger choil for choking up for finer cutting tasks. This blade is also opened with one hand and quickly deploys with a simple flick of the flipping tab opening the blade riding on ceramic ball bearings.
The Homesteader 3.5 is the third model in the series and offers a tough modified sheepsfoot blade with a finger choil that is less pokey than the Pocket 3.5 or EDC 3.5. The Homesteader 3.5 is built for tough cutting tasks and uses the same flipping action as the EDC 3.5. It’s a great choice regardless of what your homestead looks like!

Aside from the thin width and easy one-hand manual opening blades, the FlicKnives series also affords easy customization with a variety of optional scale colors and optional blackout hardware kit to fit your style. This entire series is built to be tough with stainless steel liners, standard black G10 scales, and everyday carry.

Wow !! What a knife

Wow !! What a knife. The workmanship is amazing. I have the bird and trout knife and it’s sharp and holds an edge. I’ll be heading to Idaho for an elk hunt and it will be with me the whole time. I personally like a smaller knife for my gutting and skinning. This one fits that bill. Thank you for this fantastic knife.

WOW!

I gotta say, I thought I was just buying a knife. But WOW! all the extra goodies that come with it. The blade is awesome and for the price of it all, what a package! We'll done Slic knives. Would definitely recommend and purchase again.

Great EDC

I thought a knife with a thumb stud opening was just as good as anything else, but the flipper opening is where it's at. So easy to get it from the pocket to action! The bearing seems to hold up to abuse too. My daughter was holding/looking at the knife and dropped it straight into the soft sand at the reservoir. I was worried the sand had ruined the bearing but it still works as good as new!

Black is the new shiny

Since I wanted the orange scales, it only made sense to use the black hardware. Everything you need is in the kit. Definitely follow the installation video so you aren't chasing down which hole you accidentally put one of the longer screws. If you are going to be changing your knife up regularly, I would invest in a torx set because the provided tool can be a little bit cumbersome.
